Corazor Technology Private Limited (“Corazor”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit https://www.corazor.com (the “Site”), read our blog or news content, or contact us about engineering and consulting services.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to information we process through the Site and related communications (for example email or WhatsApp when you initiate contact using links we publish). It does not govern information processed solely by third parties under their own policies (for example a payment processor we might use in a future engagement—such services would be described in a separate agreement where relevant).

2. Information we collect

2.1 You provide directly

When you contact us (including “Start a project”, contact forms, or similar), we may collect:

• Name and email address
• Phone number (if you provide it)
• Company or project context, website URL, and the content of your message
• Any other information you choose to include

2.2 Automatically when you use the Site

Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Site and to understand aggregate usage patterns.

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 4. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. Essential operation of the Site does not require analytics. We do not use cookies to sell your personal data.

We use personal information to:

• Communicate with you about next steps, meetings, or proposals
• Operate, maintain, and secure the Site
• Analyse usage trends and improve content and user experience

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. We do not use your enquiry data to train public AI models unless we have agreed that in a separate contract with you.

4. Analytics (Google)

Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited, depending on region) is loaded only if you choose “Accept analytics” in our cookie banner. If you reject non-essential cookies, we do not load Google Analytics on that browser until you change your choice (for example by clearing site data and revisiting). When enabled, Google may set cookies and process data such as IP address and usage events according to Google’s Privacy Policy. You can learn about Google Analytics opt-out options via Google’s documentation and browser add-ons where available.

5. How enquiries are delivered

Contact submissions may be processed through our own API (when configured), through EmailJS or similar email-delivery tools, or by email transport providers. Those providers act on our instructions to deliver your message to our team. Their use is subject to their respective privacy terms.

6. Scheduling and messaging links

If you use a Calendly (or similar) link from the Site, your interaction is governed by that provider’s policy. If you contact us via WhatsApp or other messaging apps using links we publish, those platforms process data under their own policies in addition to what we receive from you directly.

7. Blog and public content

Our blog and news sections may display articles authored by Corazor or contributors. Comments or interactive features, if added in the future, will be covered by updates to this policy. Public case studies and descriptions are based on information we are authorised to share.

8. Legal bases and cross-border processing

Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) or other laws apply, we process personal data for lawful purposes such as providing the Site, responding at your request before a contract, legitimate business interests (where not overridden by your rights), or compliance with law. Some service providers (for example Google) may process data outside India; we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law and provider terms.

9. Retention

We retain contact and enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, manage potential engagements, and maintain business records (including for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes). Technical logs may be retained for shorter periods unless needed for security investigations. When retention periods end, we delete or anonymise data where feasible.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data; to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. 12. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example a prominent notice on the Site). Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
